Airfix 1/72 Boeing B-17G Flying Fortress (A08017)

Hi all,
I fancied doing an O/D B-17 and got this kit from the Works online sale for £20, a couple of days after it arrived I started the build and here she is finished. BTW a wee bit of trivia for you. Shilaylee was the only B-17 to have white walled tyres 😎

I love it!  Glad to see this as I was under the impression that most of of this model of the late G's were NMF. I love the OD/neutral grey scheme!

Well nice Mac.

A great job on the faded O.D.

When I did my Dak I gave her many,many light coats in varyingly lighter shades to get there,but it still doesn't look as

well faded as that Fort.
