RWG686 37,798
It's some sort of sign I tell you.. Just as I finished reading about Airfix's Vulcan re-release, the phone rang. It was the proprietor of my local book shop telling me that a book I had ordered had arrived.
Hutch6390 2,941
I got these last week (thanks, Darren! ), hopefully they will help to kick-start a shelf-queen rescue - an Airfix Ju-87 which has been mostly built and part-painted for the last 3 years . They look very good, I look forward to using them. Incidentally, I won't be around for the next couple of weeks, as I'm off on hols tomorrow, and will be too far away for my phone's string to stretch. Don't get up to any mischief whilst I'm away, will you? Stay safe, all. Seems the string will stretch further than I expected (WiFi conditions permitting) so I can keep an eye on you lot anyway . I'm in a different time zone here (story of my life!) and busy all day, so it'll be difficult to hold a meaningful conversation (story or my life again!), but I'm glad I can still keep in touch. I mean it won't stand next to their 1/32 car kits, 1/48 might have been popular, 1/35th outstanding. I can only stand it against my restored Corgi Landrover collection.

Still an odd scale for kits but I can almost follow the logic Andy

I'm not a big fan of the modern cars but I do hope they do more classics.

Mad Steve 23,561
Too right Dave. The Model factory Hiro F1 kits have unbelievable detail. A friend of ours builds 43rd scale. At a push he manages 2 a year.
