No. Didn't fall for that at all.   The tracking device you swallowed when I gave you a coffee is still working. I thought it would have worked through by now. Maybe a few pineapple tarts will shift it.

Galston suffered accordingly.

Anybody who wants to visit there is welcome to. Why should I stop the fun.

and 2)

It was raining so I decided to stay in.

Couldn't see the point of intercepting in the wet ,especially since you weren't going to Pik.

(You didn't miss much anyway)

“I'm sure I need more turps”.

Did you hear about the Scottish painter and decorator that got a contract in Barnsley, and when he started on the job, realised he'd left his thinners back in Airdrie? He dashed out to a local general strore and asked "Have ye got any turps"? "Yes" came the reply "Dost thee want cassette turps or video turps?"

Yesterdays raid across the border was very sucessful, that Gaulty Polis bloke didn't get a sniff of what we were up to.

Six pineapple tarts and twelve mince and onion pies are now resident south of the wall.

Obviously the false lead about raiding the stores in Moffat were a complete and utter surprise for him and Galston suffered accordingly.🙌

There’ll be roadblocks next time.

Tell us more please.

A gentleman never tells (but to be honest it was so long ago that it’d be fairer to say that this gentleman can’t fully recall)

I went out with a baker's daughter once.
She had big beautiful dough eyes.
It was such a long time ago, but I can remember those eyes as though it was just yeasterday *sigh*

Not my usual scale but I wanted to build XL717, HMS Fulmar 1966.

I thought I'd give the steel rigging a go and SBS's wheel set gives the type with the open wheel which I need.

I'll be using the decals for XL717 incl the roundels but she had a different dayglo pattern so most of the sheet and the two spare sets of wheels are up for grabs if anybody wants them. (a freebie unless the postage is a lot.|)

I do actually have an item that will benefit from the Caunter set 😃👍🏼.

The 2 litres of isopropanol that I ordered has just arrived:

4 x 500 ml spray 😬bottles of 99.9% isopropanol

IPA bottle rear label. Hmm. Says "100 %". 🤷‍♂️

That should last a while.

Arrived this morning. Excellent photos show almost every nut bolt and rivet on the late model Skyhawks. Modellers need look no further for references.
