Doesn't matter, it'd still be a miracle if I got it finished.

Or started if it's a Norton.

Neither of these prophets was in possession of a Meriden Built Bonneville, for yea verily, they would have heard the Sound Of Silence as ye cursed alternator would self immolate and no amount of righteous kicking would have turneth the beast over. And the misguided fools who did possess the Electric Start Version would have known the folly of the Weedy Battery before they too set off on ye long walk through the wilderness or as it was called in olden times, Ladbroke Grove.

Amen

Glad I had a non electric start 750 then.

The one above is the holy grail 1969 T120R 650

Let's be clear about this, God does not ride a harley Davidson.

According to the absolutely horrid film Spacehunter, God is a Harley Davidson.

Aaaaanyway… back to reality.

Like a few have said, I'm struggling to imagine 10,000 kits. Even smallish 1/72 boxes, that still means a fair bit of space required – where the hell did he store them?

I remember a couple of years ago seeing (on Scalemates) the photos from one Brit modeller. He had a large shipping container in his equally large garden and roughly half of it was packed with kits floor to ceiling on both sides. Even that didn't look like 10,000 kits.

'Tis indeed a veritable temptation of stash cull. Anything with words starting in Royal and ending in Navy will be much sought after. Hang on, I've been a civvie now for 8 months.

For your Reference, look up Atlantic Models....... :whistle:Bye the way, your NOT a civvie, your retired UK armed forces.......you EARNED that right :thumbsup2:

He had floored his loft and put up shelves.

When we took them down they filled the livingroom and two bedrooms of his house and another bedroom in his daughter's.

I've handwritten my list so now need to sort it out so you lot can read it.  (I know I've got the old Olivetti machine somewhere and some foolscap and carbon paper|)

Depending on your handwriting Richard,

:hrhr::hrhr:

Think hen with ink on its feet running over the paper.

I might try neat printing but that may take me longer than typing.

I was never a good writer and the police made it worse.  Reminds me of another tale from work...

Join the club, I let the Mrs do the pen work if I can't do it on the 'box in Word or PDF.

Depending on your handwriting Richard, you could reduce your effort and just photo your list and paste it on here🤷🏻‍♂️

He's an Ex Copper so his hand writing is likely to be on a par with a Doctor's!

I finally got around to completing the list and decided that that @Toolmaker chappie was talking sense so here's the hand printed list

If people want anything then PM me and we can discuss. I will edit the list as things progress.

List now moved to page 1.

I'm having a problem with this because of the way I saved the scans.

Will attempt a plan B tomorrow.

I can do that for you if you want Richard. Then I could email the pics back to you so that you could replace the originals.

Thank you..that seems a hell of a lot of work though.

There must be an easier way.

I tried scanning to a PDF but that won't let me edit either.

My cunning plan was to replace the list as it is at moment with a cut and paste job.

My ignorance precluded that.

It's easy - it'll take me no longer than ten mins.

It would be easier to attach the pics to an email and I'm not sure if I've got your email address.

Given my current health situation, I will be limiting the amount of times I go to the post office. My first trip will be at the end of next week as I am tied up with doctors and hospital visits and to be honest after that lot I just want to get home.

I hope that that is ok with you all.

As I say in my PMs ..there is no rush for payment.

I will notify you when I am about to post the stuff off.
