Afternoon Everyone

I would like to propose a Motorcycle GB :)

Been a few mutterings from chaps that we should do it, so lets do it

Now all you "oh I don't do that, grumpy sods", now's the chance to crawl out of that comfort zone and try something new :)

So... Who's up for it?

Here's the List:

Mad Steve

Beowulf

Grunhertz

Duncan B

Col

RWG686

Miggers

Oh go on then. Tamiya kits of the Bimota Tesi and Ducati 888 in the stash and might finally finish the Ducati 916 as a shadow build.

I'm in and have added my name to your list.

Now..I have no motorcycle kits whatsoever. Is this a problem?

May have to part with some cash put aside for the new Bell 47 from LF models ☹️ or else do a @Gorby and scratch one.

This can help. At least the difficult bit is done for you. Perhaps rob the rest from another Italeri kit. I've kind of had this idea bouncing around the back of my mind for a while...

Not a lot can be used on a 47J.

I'll wait and see what LF manage to mangle.

That price  is a third of a Canadair Argus conversion!

I'll pass thanks. 😁

Despite my near-namesake and his 'motorcycle diaries' autobiography, the 'sickle is not really my kinda thing. Unless some manufacturer has produced a WW1 British Army despatch rider' mount. In 1/72nd scale of course!

One is unsure whether one could ever have dealings with a company who feels able to mangle English spelling and useage with such disrespect, like, init?

Unlikely. Motorcycles are dangerous - all those tiny little component, you could choke to death on any one of them, not to mention the fire hazard of all those paints, glue and thinners. Plus the expense and the breakages.

The full-size ones are nearly as bad.

Must admit,I've stepped off a few....................

Anyway,I have this: Moto husqvarna baja clasica a escala 1/12 revel - Sold through ...

But I built it years ago.

It's in bits and could do with reassembling(I think it's all complete)does that count Steeeevo.

I think I also still have this somewhere:

Husky Revell model | Revell, Model, Husky

It too is in bits, but I've not seen it for years.

I've always had a thing for Husky's,I used to race a CR125 BITD when I were a lad of 13.
