A few of my recent figures

Recommended Posts

Last weekend I finally got around to taking some pictures of some of  the figures I have made over the last few months.

The first couple are additions to my ever growing collection of 120mm British 18th Century figures (these are numbers 30 and 31).

Firstly an Officer of the 2nd Punjab Cavalry "Probyn's Horse" 1857.  This is a Roll Call kit sculpted by Maurice Corry and based on an illustration in the Osprey Men at Arms book on the Indian Mutiny.

I would like to claim the paisley pattern on his sash was all hand painted but it is in fact a paisley pattern I printed out on some clear decal sheet.

Second up is a Bandsman of the 24th Foot (Zulu War 1979 - Battle of Isandlwana).  This is a 120mm kit from Mike French Models.

Lastly something a bit different.  This is a 1/24th scale figure from MAIM  (Model Armies in Miniature) simply called French Lady Leaning.  The figure is 3d printed. She just needs a name now.
