That certainly is eduard and it is a lot less fiddly. I just struggled to get the fuselage close around it all but it is a great kit

Small update. Fuselage went together a lot easier than last time. Hairline gaps and a bit of blending. Looks grubby here but hasn't been washed off yet. I lost an inspection window so had to cut one from clear acetate.

Yes, the Viper was developed from the Hissy, but still sufficiently like the Hissy to warrant a licence to manufacture.

Wings and struts lined up; wing gun together and the first bit of woodgrain on the prop. (Upper wing isn't glued on as yet).
