SlovenianDevil 9
This is my first try at making a diorama. I would like some feedback. It doesn't really have a story or anything, I just used the pieces I've had and placed them to make a scene. I've never painted any miniatures, so that was my first as well, and I've noticed that they look a bit pale. I'll just say they are very cold Edited September 5 by SlovenianDevil Picture size
RWG686 37,798
Wow! That is a really very nice piece of work. Well done. I've taken the liberty of adding this larger photo ..hopefully others will click on your photos too.
Hutch6390 2,941
That is lovely work, very nice indeed. And the figures - cold or not - look pretty good to me.

I've tried editting and it says max value is 180 (for width) Edited September 4 by SlovenianDevil
RWG686 37,798
After I upload to host I normally have to reduce mine so can't help you there. @Gorby or somebody else will assist you later I'm sure. Don't worry about it as they enlarge when you click on them.
Gorby 20,040
It's very easy SD. All you need to do is right click on the image in your photo host and click 'Copy image address'. Then you put your cursor where you need the image in your post or thread, just paste the image address ('Ctrl' & 'V' or right click and 'paste') then it should show a larger version of your image like this: Hope that's helped.
Gorby 20,040
Fantastic diorama - particularly for a first attempt. The skin tone looks just about right for a northern European during the colder months, which you look like you're depicting. I would add that in the colder months the grass may not look so lush and dark green, but that is a very minor point as the rest of the modelling and dio are such good quality.
Huntsman’s Close 842
That is really, really good and the elements are all in logical places. If the summer is anything like this one in the UK then cold and long grass together make a match! 1
