Just some nice aeroplanes

Recommended Posts

I've been aware of that Brazilian cammo scheme but never really thought much about it until seeing those photo's, but it's a really tasty scheme, thanks Ian

Last military aircraft photo of the year for me is this USAF KC-10A in the sunshine at Prestwick this afternoon.

It's a long way from its home in California.

I was sent this last one some years ago by a friend. I think it is copyright to George Trussel but is freely available on-line.

Next two are a subtle hint for @Ian Campbell The three were en-route to Afghanistan. The other was for Lebanon.

You know I don't do subtle

Obviously not or you wouldn't have left the instruction sheet in view behind the Kingfisher.

Wrong paper.

It's a syndrome.

Can you be persuaded to do a WIP on the A-29 ?

Pity there is only a resin kit in 1/72.

In another thread I mentioned a 1/72 Boeing 777. Look at the man in the cargo hatch and that gives an idea of how big that would be

A grey day with gray aeroplanes.

There were 8 C-17s at Prestwick this morning although the RCAF one and another USAF one had left before I got there.

A serious question for Richard,is the Catalina on approach to PIK?

I logged one at PIK a looooooooong time ago, without trawling through records I think it was L863.
