BlackMike Models 9,315 Posted January 30 Report Share Posted January 30 Meng's brand new 1/48 scale F-4G Phantom II Wild Weasel has just landed in stock here at BlackMike Models and what an absolute stunner of a kit. I won't bore you with the graphics as you can find them elsewhere on this Forum but I will tell you that the plastic is absolutely to die for. The single piece slide moulded fuselage is something to behold and the surface detail on all of the parts is right up there with the very best kits available. Plenty of build options to keep you amused, deployed slats, trailing edge flaps, speed brakes and auxiliary air doors plus open or closed canopies, moveable stabilator and various weapons that are on plugs so can be swapped as you wish. 3 decal options are available, 2 are in the late two tone greys and 1 is in the "Europe One" scheme. The UK RRP is in the region of £75 however I have it on at £64.95 which also includes free standard UK Postage. Also available from the BMM website is the Phoenix Scale Publications Wild Weasel Modellers guide which would be an ideal accompaniment to this or the Zoukei Mura kit (which I also have in stock).
