Little more progress on the Razorback . Spent the night sprayinh the inside of the cowling and engine mounts with Tamita LP-11 first then sprayed mr color super mettalic superfine fine silver -201 /.Next to do more danding on the airfreame in preperation for metail paints then need to finish the gunsite and windshild armor plating . Got the Master Brass Pitot tube in the mail today .

Finally got in the mood to piant 36 parts for the booms in the Tamiya LP-11 silver coler . When sprayig Tamiya Lp-11 i spray two thin coats thinned with Mr color leveling thinner . Few things to paint still then time for gloss coat and wash .

Spent the last few day doing lots of work on the P-47 . Decided to glue the brass gun barrels and brass pitot tube on the Thunderbolt before painting it. Sometime trying to glue bass barrel on a Thunderbolt after model is painted can be a pain . The prop also got painted and pics provided of paints i used . Next gloss coat and Thundercal stencils to be applied.

More progress update on the P-38 also. Spent the last few days adding raw umber wash and mr color clear flat to the ol color parts and wheel well .Oil coiler screans painted with Tamiya XF-56 . Sad part after painting 24 oil cooler part you really wont see any of it once its glued on. Now to get the reast of the parts on the booms .

Well now that both boom are done (33 parts per boom ) I started geeting the rest of the main airframe assembled . The fit on this kit is unreal . Just sad we had to wait so many years for Tamiya to come out with one . Still more a head :)
