They're decals as recommended by Anil @azuregloa while ago. Tricky to work with but better than trying to paint with my eyesight.

Dry brushed highlights over the tunic and belt. Adding some 'whitey' bits now. Those wings are a series of base, wash, highlight etc. They look a bit mucky at present at this stage.

I think it looks great – including the wings.

Are you going to do any more on the hair. At the moment it looks like the jet black dyed hair of an ageing man who thinks that it'll distract you from noticing that their face needs a damn good ironing.

Errrr...Richard Hammond for example.

The hair is very dark brown with an oil wash in the crevices and dry brushed highlights along the extremities. It always looks black whichever angle I photograph it in. I'll do some close ups in the gallery when done.
