It looks better in the flesh, still not perfect but I can live with it.

Given how small you Tripehound will be in reality I'd have to be holding it pretty close to see it as large as it is on my screen so I'm sure it looks great :unworthy:

The rigging is looking good Richard.

On a side note, when ever there is a Spider spotted in our house my Daughter runs screaming to me to get rid of it, this despite us having a photo of her holding a Tarantula whilst on a school visit to Edinburgh, in fact the first in her class to hold it. It's then up to Muggins here to remove the poor terrified creature (spider, not Daughter) from the house. My Mother told her that Conkers were a good thing to keep spiders away so her Bedroom has more Conkers in it than your average Horse Chestnut tree.

Cheers Andy

Just pretend to put it outside as doing so usually kills them.

They, like sharks and bats are much maligned creatures.

PITA getting rid of the cobwebs though.

I didn't know spiders liked sharks. Learn something every day.

Makes you wonder how they met.

I now understand why modellers of WW1 aircraft do so in the larger scales.

I photographed this to show you how small it is and forgot to put the size marker in..I'll put it down to age.

The thicker stuff will become the drag wires.

The thinner stuff is the elevator control cables recycled from my wife's hairbrush.

This afternoon I was scanning prints for the posts on here and heard the starlings rattling about in the eaves. They nest there every year so I didn't pay too much attention..mistake.

One of them was in the loft and caused mayhem before finding its way out.

Major damage to Camel and moderate damage to Triplane (and Merlin,Shackelton,Lancaster and F-102A)

Didn't think to photograph that but this is what I'm left to fix

Dinosaur survived then, good oh.

She's in hibernation at the club.

Don't know what's worse..1/72 rigging or individual spines.

Probably whichever one you're doing at the time!
