1964 Chevy Impala - 1/25 AMT

Shame about the windscreen. I've never had a lot of luck re-polishing clear plastic, although I have had a little success using white toothpaste as a polishing compound. It takes ages to make any difference and if it doesn't work at least your model will be left smelling minty fresh.

The car is now done. I don't have car polish, but I did try the toothpaste and that has helped a bit.

And, a shot of a white one from my favorite film - Don (this was sort of the motivation for getting an Impala)

It turned out really nice Vaastav. The windscreen doesn't look bad in the sunlight. The colour looks great.

Thanks you for using the proper English word rather than the American 'Movie'. Of course the images move, it isn't a bloody photograph. I'm surprised they don't call radio programs 'Soundies'.

Many Brits use 'movie' rather than 'film' now due to the influence of American culture.

It feels like Britain is becoming a colony of America.

Revenge of the Americans. (That's not a good thing though, the British were bad at leaving, but the Americans are even worse)
