Spitfire And Hurricane Museum, Manston, Kent

I paid a visit to the Spitfire and Hurricane Museum next to Manston Airfield on Easter Monday with my 15 year old Daughter. We had been watching Guy Martin's Spitfire the night before so it was good to see a real Spitfire upclose. She couldn't get over how big a Spitfire MKXVI was and that they could fly something that size up side down. We also looked at the Hurricane IIC and the various types of Guns, Bombs, Fire Fighting vehicle, and other items from a WWII airfield. I took a few photos although because they were doing a guided tour of the Spitfire I didn't get too many of the Spitfire, but hopefully it will give you an idea of this little museum.
