Thanks kindly for the comments, yes I can't say any of it has been that bad although the exhaust was awful. The reputation of their classic cars is legendary (I would never be allowed to buy one so no worries of getting into that frustrating sphere)

Here is the next update pocher would have you attach the rear sprocket like this

Thing is the rear sprocket is attached via nuts screwed onto studs so grubs screws were used to fix it.

Moving along now, still a long way to go though, but at least it's looking like a bike now.

Not happy with the oxygen sensor wires I think they're too thick, they're networking wires I don't have anything thinner, any suggestions.

Have you thought about using Fuse Wire Ken, you can get small amounts of 3A, 10A and 13A on card cheaply from most Supermarkets or DIY shops. It is single strand and can be painted.
