HASEGAWA 1/12TH KAWASAKI KH400 (FINISHED)

Recommended Posts

Evenin All 😁

Well its finished 😁

But not without a fight. The handle bars went on without a problem, but the instrument cluster just would not stay down, so superglue went in for a lookie and pulled things together....

The fun didnt stop there, it took about an hour to actually get the front indicators to stay stuck on. They have a square peg on the end that fits into a square hole, but the peg is half the size of the hole, so theres nothing to grip onto...

Anyhoo, enough moaning... its finished 😁

The big 1/6th scale Tamiya bikes are the best

He's at it AGAIN!!.

My old mates Turk and Bubble swore by Kwacker triples(well Bubb did until he got his paws on a Yam thou Genesis).

Turk had a 500 Mach III with a Piper 3 into 1 on it,Bubb had a 750 H2 MachIV:wub:with a full set of rockle-pockle 'spannies on it.

Guess who had a go on it:rolleyes:,WOO-HOO,what an instrument,it yowled and shrieked on the pipe alright.

Revell also used to do a nice Mach III Street racer.

Kawasaki Street Racer, Revell H-1505 (1976)

I did one in the '70's.

It looked great until somehow the fairing fell off and my parents bloody Jack Russel found it and chewed it up.Git.

The 1/6 Tamiya kits are without doubt great (I do wish the manufacturers would get together and share their best points we would then get some amazing kits)
