In my past experience with aftermarket cockpit details, I've used gauge decals and photo-etch instrument panels, but I haven't used a set with acetate gauges yet. I have a few in the stash, and the current project I'm planning will use an old Eduard set with acetate gauges (clear) behind a bare-brass PE panel. I'm wondering if anyone here has experience with them and has any tips or tricks to recommend. My thoughts are to paint the back of the acetate white and use cyanoacrylate to adhere it to the PE part and the plastic base part behind it.

Just wondering if anyone here has any thoughts. Thanks!

I would use something like Gator Glue to glue all the parts together and then a drop of Klear/Future in each dial.
