Walrus 4,783 Report post Posted December 19, 2020 (edited) Awful but thankfully no one seems to have been seriously hurt. I've included a translation, from a Czech website with video, of the body of the text in case people can't access it in English Quote According to the operations officer, firefighters declared a third alert. "This means that a large number of firefighters are involved," he said shortly after noon. A total of 15 units tamed the flames on the spot. According to witnesses, a column of smoke rose high above the city. Flames also whipped from the area. As police spokeswoman Veronika Hyšplerová explained, the police closed the area and provided the necessary assistance to the firefighters. "The fire was reported shortly after ten o'clock, five employees were evacuated, we have no further information yet," she explained. According to information from the rescue service, evacuees are more or less fine. "So far, we have transported one person to the hospital in Most because he inhaled smoke and fumes. The police also inhaled them, we treated them on the spot, "said the spokesman of the Ústí rescue service, Prokop Voleník. Edit: Apologies for the poor syntax. Paul Brown 2,588 Report post Posted December 19, 2020 Quote Dear clients, Today, unfortunately, there was a fire in the Most building, which we rent for our warehouse. Fortunately, no one was injured. Our production is based in our own building at Obrnice. We immediately started looking for replacement premises so that we could restore the normal operation as soon as possible. We estimate it'll take a number of weeks. Until further notice, we are not able to process orders via the e-shop. It will be great if you will support us via your retailers and distributors. Thanks everyone for your support. Last but not least big thanks to fire fighting teams on site today! PS: we postpone release our Christmas video for few days

On the up side the UK was always going to see a slow down in shipping for the next three months for everything anyway so we'll not notice the difference!
