Well this is going to be close as I have an online racing league every Sunday from next week and a week's holiday coming up abroad so I make it 3 weeks roughly to build this, I guess everyone thought someone else was going to build a Shar, but we can't have a falklands build without one so here goes. The kit is Kinetics 1/48, and contains decals and parts to build any FRS 1. I'm thinking one of the 809 NAS aircraft at the moment. Any way onto the obligatory sprue shots

The itch is starting to need a scratch,we're talking Dave Morgan's A-4 Skyhawk shooter,Sea Harrier ZA177/77 of 809. As I rabbited on a few months ago about the Airfix Dogfight Doubles decal sheet to produce it(still not got one)from the old Esci SHar kit. I reckon I can rustle up markings to do it "in theatre"without pale blue RN titling or the toned down 809 phoenix on the fin, that was all painted out once aboard the carriers,leaving the serial,side number and the low viz toned down roundels (I might need to cadge some 22" pale red/white/pale blue ones,but if they're pale
