The Airfix 190s is missing its decals and the Hasegawa 190D box actually contains a Revell Hurricane IIc, also missing decals. I've got plenty of spare decals so that's not a problem. My previous two attempts at a GB on here didn't get much past the intro post so here's hoping it'll be third time lucky. I'd been umming and aahing about what to build for this GB but when I heard that the Bug was in stock it was an obvious choice. A bit late to the party but this GB is one of the reasons that I joined the forum so now that I've finally decided what to build I'm looking forward to making a start. The kit is a reissue of the old Monogram kit that Salvino's acquired from Atlantis after Revell's financial problems a few years ago and represents the 1982 Daytona 500 winning car. I built a couple of these back in the 80's when they first came out so this is a bit of a nostalgia build.
